I am pleased to be a part of Smile Design Studio private practices and excited to share my passion for oral health with patients. I am also a certified health coach and I believe that overall- good health and good oral health go hand in hand. Together, my goal is to educate and grow with patients as we work to acheive the desired goals.
I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery program at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in my hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Becoming a dentist and changing lives is one of the proudest achievements of my entire life! I am also a proud graduate of the Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC. I went on to private practice after graduation and continued to enhance my education in the areas of general dentistry, occlusion, TMJ disorders and cosmetic dentistry at the Pankey Institute, Piper Institute and Las Vegas Institute. Frequently, I treat TMJ and Occlusal disorders with Botox/Neurotoxins, Splint therapy and even Invisalign therapy. Over the years I have taken countless continuing education to be the best version of a clinician I can be. I absolutely love learning about the latest technologies that are designed to help acheive oral health, improve esthetics or make the experience less uncomfortable overall for the patient.
Through my memberships, affiliations, and continuous education I devote myself to the latest treatments and technologies to design your smile. From the American Dental Association to American Academy of Clear Aligners, organized dentistry adds to my ability to serve my patients best. I firmly believe in a comprehensive approach to good oral health. From specialized treatment of TMJ, customized veneers, or dental implants and over 20 years of experience I am committed to designing your perfect smile. I am proud to be named a Top Dentist in the Washingtonian magazine for several continuous years.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my husband, tween daughter and fur baby Kaley! I am a foodie who loves to cook healthy delicious meals , work out on my Peloton. Many times you can also find me giving back to and working in Montgomery County and surrounding communities through volunteering and service. I am dedicated to outreach and raising awareness about Pancreatic Cancer, an awful disease that claimed the lives of both of my parents in 2019 and 2020.
I look forward to getting to know you and your family taking care of any oral health needs. Hope to see you soon!
